4. Quality & Inspection

Quality is controlled at every stage — component sourcing, PCBA testing, assembly, and final inspection.

Before shipment, every single stylus pen goes through 100% full inspection, covering functional testing (connection, charging, button response), tactile feel, and appearance.

Our standard test process covers functional testing, drop testing, aging/burn-in testing, and appearance inspection.

We also validate compatibility with target devices before mass production, so you receive a product that works out of the box.

We can provide compliance documentation for target markets, including CE, RoHS, FCC, and others as required.

For destination-market certifications (for example, IMDA, SIRIM, ICASA, SONCAP, PSE, KC/RRA), we’ll advise on the requirements and coordinate the process with you.
