Internal space inside an active stylus is engineered within fractions of a millimeter. Welding quality directly determines production yield and product lifespan.

We deploy automated welding equipment for three critical joint positions:

– Battery Welding: Cell tabs bonded to protection boards and mainboards with standardized parameters to minimize cold solder joints and over-welding defects.

– Mainboard Welding: Programmed automated equipment replaces manual soldering to stabilize touch response and power loop consistency.

– Copper Component Welding: Internal copper parts assembled to circuits with stable contact resistance, effectively reducing dead touch and cursor drift.

R&D and Development Timeline
